SIPANI SADAN HOSTEL

The concept of this project was nurtured with Narayana Healthcare’s team to bring forth a hostel for their numerous nurses, who were staying at various locations within the city. The motive was to bring convenience to nurses & relocate them all under a single location, which mutually helps NH as well as their nurses.

Sipani Group, ventured into this project by offering a Built To Suit (BTS) model with land & warm shell to Narayana Healthcare. The total area of project is 1.5 acres, the facility is built as Lower Ground + Upper Ground + 3 floors. Hostel is built to facilitate more than 2000 Narayana Healthcare’s nurses. The facility is located at Bandapura (near Jain Temple) on Hosur road.
